DENVER TAG TOURNEMENT - Saturday, November 15th 9:00 am @ The Badlands Disc Golf Course. Federal Heights Colorado. Will be the last Denver Tag event of 2008. New Denver Tags will go on sale after event.The fee is $10 and includes lunch. You must hold a Denver tag to play, if not sure I have a list.

Thunder Mountain. - Thunder Mountain Disc Golf Tournaments August 30th and 31st. This will be our first sanctioned event at this course. It's 27 hole and has a variaty of throws. The mountain ponds, aspen groves, Rocky Mountain terrain and thousands of pines just add to the adventure.We will play one round a day.This will give everyone time to enjoy the surrounding area.George Town, Empire and Idaho Springs have a mystic of their own. With their shops, cafes and museums. If your in to that. Or just more time to take in the Rocky Mountain Village and Thunder Mountain Disc golf Course.

Frontier Open - Hays, KS - 24th Annual Frontier Open List of Events – September 6 & 7

24th Annual Frontier Open List of Events – September 6 & 7 - The Flying Bison Disc Golf Club invites you to attend the 24th Annual Frontier Open September 6 and 7 at Frontier Park in Hays, Kansas. The tournament is a Professional Disc Golf Association B-tier and Kansas Disc Golf Association super tour event. The Frontier open features 72 holes of golf, alternate tee pads, alternate pin placements, closest to pin shots, an ace fund and a putting contest. This year participants will play three rounds of 24 holes; two rounds of 24 holes on Saturday and one round of 24 on Sunday. There are divisions for all players at all skill levels. The divisions and fees are as follows:

They are being hosted by Grand Valley Disc Golf Club at the Beautiful Palisade, Colorado, Riverbend Park. poison Ivy @ Paco's Gulch - Just wanted to let you know that off to the left of the sidewalk as you approach hole #15 is a big bunch of poison ivy. It's been there all along but now that all those trees are cut down it is very exposed.

Thunder Mountian closed - Sorry everyone but Thunder Mountain is closed until August. Because the camp is used for other things besides disc golf the camp get alot of kids for the summer.

5th Annual denver Classic - YO! YO! YO! YO! YO! THAT'S RIGHT! It's time for the One! The Only! The 5th Annual Denver Classic. And it was a long time coming. Those of you that have play in the Denver Classic know what a special tournament it is. It will be the third year that we have had the fortune to play at the course this tournament was created for Lakewood Dry Gulch ( Paco's Gulch ). Denver Classic named in honor of the City of Denver Colorado ( Queen City of the plains ). What a great place to live and be able to play a great sport like disc golf, We shoud be thankful for that alone. So let us thank the City of Denver for all they have done for us. THANKS.

over crowding - I recently played at Cottonwood Disc Golf Course in Colorado Springs. Let me tell you it was like trying to play chess in a monkey cage. Saturdays and Sundays are just to crowded!
